I was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 1995, at a time when gluten-free options were limited and often uninspiring. Determined not to miss out on the joy of beautiful baking, I began creating my own recipes at home.
More than 20 years later, that necessity has become a true passion — and now, my dream of running a small gluten-free bakery business.
Every bake you see here is made entirely from scratch, carefully crafted to be 100% gluten free without ever compromising on flavour, texture or indulgence.
As someone who lives with coeliac disease, I understand how important trust is. That’s why I am fully insured, Level 2 Allergy Awareness trained, and proudly hold a 5★ Food Hygiene rating.
